This post is sponsored by CoolSculpting®. All opinions are my own. I am so excited to share my personal experience with you!
Before I get into my CoolSculpting® experience, I want to share a little bit more about my background and lifestyle. I lead a fairly active lifestyle, I attend workout classes 2-3 times a week, and I’ve been doing this for about two years now. I don’t live by any specific diet, in fact, I only limit certain things like sodas, sweets, meats, and bread. Otherwise, I just like to practice portion control and stay active. These are all things I’m proud of, and going into my CoolSculpting® treatment, I was comfortable with my body, and how far I’ve come with my fitness journey.
I really was intrigued by CoolSculpting® and how you can freeze stubborn fat cells and eliminate them through the body’s natural process. For me, that stubborn fat region is my abdomen.
See FDA cleared treatment areas below.

I was so thrilled when I had my first consultation with Bodify, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little nervous. The staff were so helpful and answered any and all the questions I had. Following my consultation, I had my treatment. During my treatment, the staff made my comfort their number one priority.
The whole process was about three hours long. Initially, I felt some slight discomfort when the machine started on the treatment area, but after a little while, my abdomen became completely numb. Of course, every patient’s experience is different, but for me, it felt like holding an ice pack up against my stomach for a while. After that, I was able to watch movies and eat lunch while having my treatment.
After the treatment, I was expecting a lot of swelling and redness, but I honestly experienced minimal discomfort. The treatment area was still cold to the touch and was tender, but the sensation subsided over time. The following week I still experienced some numbness at times and there were moments of discomfort, but it is normal to experience these temporary
sensations for up to two weeks following treatment. Results and patient experience may vary.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my first CoolSculpting® experience. I would love to answer any specific questions anyone might have about my CoolSculpting® experience! As with any medical procedure, ask your physician if CoolSculpting® is right for you!

The CoolSculpting® procedure is FDA-cleared for the treatment of visible fat bulges in the submental (under the chin) and submandibular (under the jawline) areas, thigh, abdomen, and flank, along with bra fat, back fat, underneath the buttocks (also known as banana roll) and upper arm. It is also FDA-cleared to affect the appearance of lax tissue with submental area

Important Safety Information
The CoolSculpting® procedure is not for everyone. You should not have the CoolSculpting® procedure if you suffer from cryoglobulinemia, cold agglutinin disease, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria.
Tell your doctor if you have any medical conditions including recent surgery, pre-existing hernia, and any known sensitivities or allergies.
During the procedure, you may experience sensations of pulling, tugging, mild pinching, intense cold, tingling, stinging, aching, and cramping at the treatment site. These sensations subside as the area becomes numb. Following the procedure, typical side effects include temporary
redness, swelling, blanching, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging, tenderness, cramping, aching, itching, or skin sensitivity, and sensation of fullness in the back of the throat after submental or submandibular area treatment.
Rare side effects may also occur. CoolSculpting® may cause a visible enlargement in the treated area which may develop two to five months after treatment and requires surgical intervention for correction.
