I love kicking off the year with inspiration and nothing is more inspiring than a good mood board. I have always loved creating visually inspiring spaces. My office is where I have complete freedom to really personalize for myself and my creative space.
Think of this as having your own Pinterest board that you can get really creative with and decorate your walls with! This also is a great way to decorate a wall space in lieu of wallpaper.
There are many great sources of inspiration such as magazines, books, and art. I have found many amazing images in fashion magazines. Ever since High School, fashion magazines have been a huge
I also love including inspirational people, quotes or spaces.
Another fun way to get creative is creating your very own image with pieces of other photos! If I find interesting textures, spaces or art, I usually clip them out and layer them onto other images creating my own!
It’s important to not rush this process, and be intentional with what images you bring to your inspirational mood wall. I work mine throughout the year and add as I find the inspiration.
Going into 2019, I want to embrace my own creativity and hopefully inspire others to do the same!
